Injectidry Parts
An injection drying system is mostly consumables. Injectors get lost in cavities, tubing gets cut to length, and panels and vents get left on site — and none of that should stop a crew mobilising.
This range is the parts and consumable side of the Injectidry line.
It includes wall injectors for the HP systems in 3/16 inch OD and 5/8 inch OD wall penetrators in packs of 17; Vac-It extra slim panels at 7 x 30 inch with 1 3/8 inch port; active hoseline in 6 ft with injectors and blank hose line in yellow 7.5 m 1.5 inch; 1.25 inch push-to-connect end caps and inline manifolds; 3/8 inch HP tubing connectors and soft rubber nipple caps; the Direct-It axial UAA2 adapter head; a duct ring adapter for the Phoenix Guardian HEPA; the Interceptor replacement HEPA filter; the Protect-It dehumidifier drip pan; and panel, wall vent and rolling duffel carry bags.
How to choose
Injectors and penetrators are sized to the hole, not the hose. 3/16 inch injectors and 5/8 inch penetrators do different jobs. Check which the system uses before drilling.
Buy injectors in quantity. They are consumed on every job and are the item most likely to leave a crew improvising. The 17-pack exists for a reason.
Carry bags are not an accessory. Panels and wall vents are awkward, expensive and easy to leave behind. The bags are what stop a set walking off a site.
Change the Interceptor filter on schedule. It is the only thing between the system and whatever is in a Category 3 cavity.
