Kawasaki
The Kawasaki FD620D is a liquid-cooled V-twin fitted to HydraMaster truckmounts. It is an old engine now and we see very few of them, but some are still in service and they still need parts. This page exists for those owners.
The range covers ignition, starting, sealing and filtration: the 21171-7001 ignition coil, the 21163-7010 starter motor, the NGK BPR4ES spark plug, the 92049-7005 oil seal, the 92033-7004 snap ring and the 11061-7042 air filter gasket.
How to choose
Kawasaki supersedes part numbers freely. The ignition coil is listed as 21171-7001 and supplied against 21171-7034 and 21171-7013 as well; the starter motor covers 21163-7001, 21163-7010, 21163-7022 and 21163-7029. If your engine plate or manual quotes a number that is not the one shown, check the supersession list on the product page before deciding it is the wrong part.
Not all of these parts are FD620D-specific. The ignition coil is listed against most revisions of the FH381V, FH430V, FH480V and FH541V as well. Match on the part number rather than on the engine badge.
A V-twin needs two of some parts. Anything fitted per cylinder head is required in pairs. Ordering one and finding out on the bench costs a day.
The starter carries a John Deere cross-reference. It is listed against John Deere part numbers as well, which is often the quickest way to confirm the right unit when the Kawasaki plate has corroded past reading.

Technician’s note
We hardly ever see an FD620D any more. If you are still running one, treat this as a run-out range rather than a shelf that will always be there — order wear items ahead of the failure rather than after it, and ring us before you need anything unusual so we can tell you honestly whether it is still obtainable.
