The chemistry decides how the job goes before the machine is switched on. A pre-spray matched to the fibre and the soil, enough dwell time, and a rinse that leaves the pH where the carpet wants it — that sequence is the difference between a clean that holds and a carpet that resoils in a month.
This is CCW's complete professional carpet cleaning chemical range, over 400 products across pre-spray and extraction, spotters, deodorisers, upholstery and leather, hard floor and stone, and restoration chemistry for water, fire, mould and meth work. Sizes run from 500 ml spotter bottles to 20 litre drums and bulk packs for the lines contractors go through weekly.

Choosing carpet cleaning chemicals
Pre-spray for the fibre, not the room. Wool, polypropylene, nylon and blends each tolerate a different pH range and need a different cleaner to release the soil they hold. The carpet pre-spray range is split for that reason; pick by fibre first, soil load second.
The rinse is not optional. An acid rinse after an alkaline pre-spray neutralises the residue, and skipping it is a common cause of browning and resoiling. Alkaline rinses are for heavy commercial soil where the extraction pass is doing the cleaning.
Boosters and additives are dosed, not poured. Oxygen and solvent boosters lift a pre-spray's performance on grease and heavy traffic; used at the wrong rate they cost more than they save. A defoamer belongs in the recovery tank on every job that has ever been shampooed.
Spotters are job-specific. Protein, tannin, rust, gum, ink, paint and dye each have a product in Spotting. Carrying a kit beats improvising with a general cleaner, and a browning treatment corrects the ones that were over-wet.
Restoration chemistry is a category of its own. Sanitisers and disinfectants, mould remediation, fire and smoke products and meth decontamination systems are formulated for contamination, not soil. Follow the labelled sequence and the dwell times — they are longer than carpet cleaning habits allow for.
Hard surfaces and upholstery have their own lines. Tile and grout cleaning chemicals, stone sealers and strippers, upholstery cleaning chemicals and leather care are all here; using a carpet pre-spray on a natural stone floor or a delicate fabric is the fastest way to a claim.
