Master Blend

Allergen-focused cleaning is a service that sells on process rather than appearance. The carpet may look no different afterwards, so what the customer is buying is a method they can understand and a technician who can explain it.

That makes a matched system more useful than individual products. Prespray, rinse and post-treatment doing consistent work is what makes the service repeatable.

The range covers Master Blend ResponsibleCare anti-allergen prespray 3.8 litre, anti-allergen all fibre rinse 3.8 litre, anti-allergen deodorizer 3.8 litre and anti-allergen filter enhancer 946 ml.

How to choose

Use the system, not one product from it. An anti-allergen prespray followed by an unrelated rinse leaves residue the system was designed to remove. The all fibre rinse is what completes the process.

All fibre means it suits wool as well as synthetic. That matters on residential work where fibre is mixed across a house and you do not want to change chemistry room to room.

The filter enhancer treats the other half of the problem. Airborne allergen returns to a carpet that was just cleaned. Treating filtration alongside the floor is what makes the result last.

Set expectations carefully and in writing. Describe the process and what it is intended to do. Avoid making medical or health claims on a customer's behalf — refer to the product label for what the manufacturer states.

Vacuum thoroughly first. Dry particulate removal does more for allergen load than any chemistry applied over the top of it.
