OdorX

Odour work is sequential. Source removal first, then cleaning, then sealing, and only then counteractant — and skipping a step is why an odour comes back a fortnight after the invoice.

ODORx is built for the severe end of that sequence: fire and smoke losses, protein odour, tobacco, and the jobs where deodorising has already been tried and failed.

The range includes Thermo-55 thermal fogs in Cherry, Citrus, Kentucky Blue Grass and Tabac Attack; Un-Duz-It Unleashed for urine and organic odour; 9-D-9 and Double-O protein odour counteractants; Tabac-Attack for tobacco; Smoke Wash for surface cleaning after a fire; Last Resort Plus; Liqui-Zone; and Bad Odour Blocks in Apple, Cherry and Lemon/Lime for passive suppression.

How to choose

Thermal fogging is for what has penetrated. Thermo-55 is fogged hot so the particle size matches smoke and reaches where the smoke went. It is not a substitute for cleaning, and it is not for occupied spaces.

Match the counteractant to the odour source. Protein, tobacco and urine are different chemistry problems. 9-D-9 and Double-O address protein; Tabac-Attack addresses tobacco; Un-Duz-It addresses urine and organic. A general deodoriser on a protein odour buys a week.

Blocks are for holding, not fixing. Bad Odour Blocks suppress while the real work proceeds. Leaving one in place instead of treating the source is how a complaint starts.

Seal before you counteract on fire work. Counteractant applied to unsealed char is absorbed and gone. Smoke Wash and a sealer come first.
