The valve is the one part of the solution line the operator touches all day. It has to open cleanly, shut without weeping, and survive being dropped on a driveway — and its pressure rating has to match the machine behind it.

This range covers wand valves, spray guns, ball valves, solenoids and pressure regulators across the pressure range CCW's machines actually run at.

It includes the PMF V800-EZ wand valve with handle, the V124 brass 500 psi, the V4N HyDry Deluxe 500 psi, the V2P-EZ brass P valve at 500 psi, the PMV120P plastic 120 psi and PMV300 brass 300 psi; the Kingston 251-30 wand valve fitting AW29, AW57 and EVOLUTION; Gunjet metal valves with Viton packing and the MV960 spray gun; a stainless 1/4 inch BSP ball valve rated to 1000 psi; the Pumptec 500 psi brass pressure regulator; SteamVac unloader valves, 12 V solenoids, orifice regulators and 3-way chemical priming valves.

How to choose

Rating first, fitment second. Valves in this range run from 120 psi to 1000 psi and they look similar. Check the machine's working pressure before the thread — a 120 psi plastic valve on a 500 psi portable is a safety issue, not just a durability one.

Two valves in this range carry similar names. The V2P-EZ is the 500 psi P valve; a higher-rated sibling exists. If you are ordering by memory rather than by part number, check the rating on the page.

Weeping at the jets and weeping at the stem are different repairs. Jets point to the seal kit, stem to the stem kit. Both are in Valve Repair Kits and both are cheaper than a new valve.

Viton packing where solvents run. Standard packing swells against solvent-based spotters and starts to leak. Viton is the fix, not a heavier spring.
