Reels, Shelves & Van Fit Out
A van fit-out is a productivity decision disguised as a storage decision. The time lost dragging hose off the floor, hunting for a sprayer or re-stacking jugs at every job is invisible per job and substantial per year.
It is also a safety decision. Loose jugs and unsecured reels move under braking, and a 19 litre drum in a footwell is a genuine hazard.
The range covers Space Saver reels in vacuum hose 60 metre, solution 60 metre and triple solution 60 metre, all powder coated charcoal, with a stacker bracket to run them in a column; high pressure and low pressure live reel swivel assemblies; a 3-tier powder coated van shelf and van shelf holder; a 1.5 inch spring clamp wand holder; wall or shelf mount holders for the Hydro-Force sprayer and a double pump-up sprayer holder; holders for styro blocks and 3 x 3 inch and 4 x 4 inch plastic tabs; a 5 gallon floor mounted jug holder; and a jerry-style chemical solution container holder.
How to choose
The live swivel is the part that decides whether a reel is usable. A reel without one has to be fully unwound before you can run solution. High pressure and low pressure assemblies are different parts — match the line, not the reel.
Stack vertically before you spread horizontally. The stacker bracket puts a second solution reel above the first rather than beside it. Floor width in a van is the scarce resource, not height.
Secure the consumables, not just the machine. Tab holders, block holders and jug holders exist because those are the items that end up loose. They also stop the crew leaving them on site.
Powder coat over bare steel in a wet van. Everything in this range lives in a vehicle that carries water. The charcoal powder coat is the difference between a reel that lasts and one that stains the floor.
