PowerClean
Air conditioning cleaning is chemistry applied to surfaces nobody can see, in a system that will blow whatever is left behind straight into an occupied room. That makes product choice and rinse behaviour more important than raw cleaning power.
The range covers PowerClean Coil Brite air con cleaner 5 litre, Air Con Barrel Fan Cleaner and Sanitiser 5 litre, ChlorClean 5 litre, and Enrich stone sealer 5 litre.
How to choose
The coil and the barrel fan are different problems. A coil is fin and tube; a barrel fan is a cage that flings soil outward as it spins. Products are formulated for one or the other, and using coil cleaner on a loaded fan usually just redistributes it.
Contain before you apply. A head unit over carpet or joinery has nowhere for runoff to go. A bib kit is part of the method on every split system, no matter which product is used.
Follow the label for contact time. Aluminium fin is thin and reactive. Leaving an alkaline product on longer because the coil looks bad damages the fin rather than improving the clean.
Seal stone only when it is genuinely dry. Enrich is the odd one out in this range — a stone sealer, not an HVAC product. It needs a clean, dry substrate and its own cure time.
Bibs and lances are in HVAC Cleaning Accessories, machines in Speed Clean, the wider HVAC chemistry in HVAC Cleaning Chemicals, and hard surface work in Concrete.
