Turbo Force International

TurboForce build hard surface tools for operators who run them daily. The Turbo Hybrid is a spinner designed to be rebuilt rather than replaced, and most of this range is the parts that make that possible.

The line covers the spinner itself, the detail tools that finish the edges, and the wear components on both.

It includes the 12 inch Turbo Hybrid tile and grout cleaning tool and the Cobra C-150 detail tool; 12 inch and 15 inch concrete adapters, the 12 inch adapter supplied with four hyper casters; the hybrid gun rebuild kit and T-11 trigger valve for the TH-40; 12 inch brushes, inner shells and Teflon hard boot rings; replacement steel braided and vacuum hoses; ceramic seal side port swivels and handle swivels; the mini handheld spinner and its brush ring.

How to choose

Size the spinner to your vacuum, not the floor. A larger head needs more airflow and lift to clear its own slurry. On an under-powered machine a 12 inch will out-perform a 15 inch because it actually recovers what it puts down.

Concrete adapters change the ride height. The hyper casters that come with the 12 inch adapter are what stop the tool digging on an uneven slab. Buying the adapter without them is a false economy.

Rebuild the gun before replacing the tool. Loss of pressure at the head is usually the trigger valve or the gun internals, both of which are kits here.

Swivels are a wear item under load. A ceramic seal side port swivel that has started to weep will not improve. Replace it before it takes the hose fitting with it.
