Actichem is the largest chemical range CCW stocks, and it covers the whole job — pre-spray and rinse for carpet, spotters for what the pre-spray left behind, deodorisers, upholstery and leather products, tile and grout cleaners and restorers, and the restoration range for sanitising, mould, fire and meth decontamination — so a van can be stocked from one brand.

Finding the right Actichem product
Start from the fibre, not the soil. Wool and polypropylene want different pre-sprays — Polyprop Plus is the polypropylene-specific product, and wool needs a wool-safe pre-spray and rinse at the right pH. Pick the pre-spray for the carpet in front of you, then the rinse to match it.
Spotters are named for what they remove. Rust Remover, GumGone, Red Fix, Protein Spotter, Brownaway, Orange Solvent and Citrus Gel say it on the bottle; the acronym lines — PIG, POG, VDS, CTR — are spelled out on their product pages. Carrying the Spotting Kit covers the common calls; the individual bottles top up what runs out.
Restoration chemistry comes in stages. Percide pairs with Percide Boost; MethSan runs PreWash, then Part A, then a Part B foam or fog boost; Deostor is the fire and extreme-odour line. Follow the sequence on the label rather than mixing and matching across brands.
Encapsulation and low-moisture work use their own line. Encap Pro, Encap Plus and Encap Fine Fabric are built to crystallise and vacuum out; running an extraction pre-spray under a bonnet or CRB machine leaves residue that resoils. The equipment side of that is in Encapsulation & Bonnet Cleaning.
Buy the size that matches the throughput. Most lines run 5 litre and 15 or 20 litre; the larger pack is the better buy once a product is in weekly use, and bulk drums are available on the high-volume lines.
