HVAC Cleaning Equipment
Duct cleaning is sold on evidence. The customer cannot see inside their own system, which means the before-and-after footage is doing as much work as the machine — and a contractor who cannot show the result is competing on price alone.
It is also containment work. Anything dislodged in a duct either leaves through your equipment or ends up in the occupied space below it.
The range covers Air-Care duct cleaning machines — the Cobra-7 in 220 V 50 Hz, the Zephyr, the Turbomax 2 and the DuctMaster III in 230 V 50 Hz — with the Apollo air duct video inspection camera and the Bio Cart 10 HEPA containment cart; ULV fogging with the Air-Care Max fogger and the B&G Flex-A-Lite 2600; and coil work with the SpeedClean CoilJet CJ-125 12 V system in standard and deluxe packages.
How to choose
Buy the camera with the first machine, not the third. Inspection footage is what closes the quote and what settles the dispute. It is the highest-return item in this range and the one most often deferred.
Containment decides whether you can work in an occupied building. A HEPA containment cart is what makes duct cleaning viable in a tenanted office or an aged care facility during hours.
Match the machine to the duct, not the building. Flexible residential duct, rigid commercial trunk and rooftop plant are different access problems. A brush machine that cannot negotiate the run is not cleaning it.
Fogging is a finishing step with rules. ULV foggers apply sanitiser as a controlled droplet. Re-entry times, product selection and occupant notification are part of the method, not optional extras.
Coil cleaning is a separate discipline. The CoilJet addresses split systems and coils, which is adjacent work, often sold to the same customer, and not a substitute for cleaning the duct run.
