Filters are the most commonly deferred maintenance item in the trade and the one with the clearest cost. A loaded filter reduces airflow long before it looks dirty, and the machine downstream works harder for a worse result.

This range covers filtration across three areas: air scrubbing and dehumidification, vacuum filter bags, and solution-side screens and strainers.

Air-side stock includes the full Dri-Eaz HEPA 500 stack — 1st stage, 2nd stage and carbon pre-filters with the primary HEPA — Velo HEPA primaries, add-on kits and 20-pack pre-filters, Phoenix stainless dehumidifier filters and HI-FLO MERV-8 elements, and XPOWER filtration. Vacuum-side covers SEBO Dart and Felix filter bags and service kits, and bags and filter kits for XP2 and XP3 machines including Columbus, Windsor and Kleenmaid. Solution-side includes filter bags in short, long, narrow and square, acorn strainers, Hydrofilter replacement screens and 1/4 inch Y-filter screens.

How to choose

Filter stages are a sequence, not a set of options. On a HEPA 500 the 1st stage, 2nd stage and carbon pre-filters exist to protect the primary HEPA. Skipping a stage does not save money — it moves the cost to the most expensive filter in the stack.

Change on hours, not on appearance. Airflow drops well before a filter looks blocked. If you are measuring the machine's performance rather than looking at the filter, you will catch it earlier.

Aftermarket vacuum bags are not all equal. Fit and seal at the collar decide whether fine dust reaches the motor. Check the machine list on the product page rather than the nominal size.

Solution screens are the cheapest jet protection there is. A strainer screen costs a fraction of a set of jets and prevents most of what damages them.
