Injectidry lists PL03 as a 1.5 inch × 50 ft (about 15.2 m) roll. CCW's listing is a 7.5 m length. Confirm the length with us when ordering if you are planning a long run.
Important: HP Only
This is HP hose. Injectidry's Direct-It system runs on 1.25 inch hose (PL05) with 1.25 inch hose cuffs, so PL03 is not a Direct-It part.
What blank line is for
Getting from the machine to the wall without losing airflow on the way. Blank line has no injector take-offs, so nothing bleeds along its length.
Pair it with active hoseline at the working end. Keep the total run as short as the job allows — every metre of hose costs you airflow, and the losses compound with the number of branches.
High visibility
Yellow line running through an occupied building overnight is a trip hazard control. It is also what stops a length being left behind under a bed at the end of a job.
Using It Well
- Use blank line for the run from the blower to the work area, then change to active hoseline at the wall.
- Route it along walls and tape or secure it across walkways.
- Do not use the HP system to extract water. Injectidry warns that bulk water through the HP blower can severely damage it and voids the warranty.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why 7.5 m when Injectidry sells 50 ft?
CCW lists PL03 in 7.5 m lengths. If you need a full 50 ft roll, ask us.
Will it fit my Direct-It kit?
No. Direct-It uses 1.25 inch hose and cuffs. PL03 is the 1.5 inch HP hose.
Can blank line carry injectors?
No. If you need injectors along the hose, use the active hoseline.
