Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind. Please choose carefully.
Damaged or Faulty Products
If your item is damaged or faulty, we’ll sort it out.
To return a damaged or faulty item:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide a copy of your receipt, a description of the issue, and photos or video showing the problem.

Once we review your return request, we’ll let you know whether a refund, repair, or replacement will be offered.
Incorrect Item Received
If you receive the wrong product:
- Contact us within 7 days.
- We’ll arrange return shipping at our expense and send you the correct item.
Returns Process
Before returning anything:
- Contact us first for return approval.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within 14 days of approval.
- We may charge a restocking fee of up to 20%, depending on the item.
Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., faulty or incorrect item), we cover all shipping costs.
- If the return is not our fault (e.g., ordered the wrong item), you are responsible for return shipping, and the restocking fee may apply.
Warranty Issues
If you have a warranty claim:
- Email us with your proof of purchase, a description of the fault, and photos/videos if possible.
- We'll work with the manufacturer or supplier to resolve your issue.
