Dangerous Goods Freight Surcharge
A $75 Dangerous Goods (DG) Freight Surcharge will be applied to any order containing applicable DG products. This surcharge reflects the additional handling, compliance, and carrier fees associated with transporting Dangerous Goods.
For orders containing DG products that will be collected from a branch, please use the checkout code “DG Collect” to have this surcharge removed.
While we endeavour to ensure freight charges calculated through our online store are as accurate as possible, there are certain factors that cannot always be captured within the freight calculation algorithm. These include carrier-specific requirements, shipment variations, and the ongoing volatility of fuel prices. As a result, freight costs may change daily, particularly over the coming months.
Any additional freight discrepancies not calculated at checkout will be clearly communicated, and available options will be discussed with you prior to shipping.
