The Injectidry Vac-It Panel Variety Pack is a mixed set of 16 drying panels, with the connectors, caps and carry bag to run them on an Injectidry HP system. It gives you a panel shape for most floor layouts from one pack.

These panels can be used dry all sorts of wet materials, such as hardwood floors, headers, and plaster walls. Simply tape around the edges of the panels, and then hook up the tubes and hoses. (Taping the edges is the only way to ensure a consistently good seal and minimise the trip hazard.)

Important: Contents Differ Between Sources
The list above is CCW's. Injectidry's current package description, as published by its distributors, matches it item for item, except that it describes the clear panel as a "Slim Panel - Large Port Clear" — which Injectidry sizes at 17 × 46 inch, not 10 × 30 inch. Injectidry's product sheet also gives the 8-point panel as 46 × 30 inch, where CCW's own 8-point listing says 36 × 30 inch. At least one large US distributor lists an older variety kit with different contents (U-shaped panels and a U-kit). We are confirming the contents of current stock with Injectidry. If a particular panel matters to your job, ask us before you order.
How It Works
Vac-It panels run under negative pressure. The HP system draws air through the panels, which pulls moisture out of the flooring or wall surface beneath. The seal is everything: any gap at the edge lets the system draw room air instead of drawing through the wet material.
- Plan the layout. Injectidry's instructions say to choose panels with foot traffic in mind and to position the HP unit first, so hoselines stay out of walkways.
- Extract standing water. Injectidry says to run an extractor on the area for 15–20 minutes before taping.
- Injectidry recommends running a water separator in the line for the first 24 hours after extraction, to stop liquid reaching the HP blower.
- Tape every panel on all four edges. Injectidry recommends preservation tape — less sticky, but strong enough to hold, and it lets you lift an edge for moisture checks.
- Connect the small points with 3/8 inch HP tubing to a manifold, and the large ports with the supplied Vac-Ts. Cap unused points with the nipple caps and unused 1.25 inch ports with the end cap plugs.
- Connect to the Air In (negative) port of the HP system, switch on and check each panel is holding down under suction.
- Monitor with a moisture meter and record readings.
Injectidry's instructions say panels placed 2–3 ft (about 600–900 mm) apart will in most cases pull moisture from between them, but recommend covering the full width of the wet area, because the flutes under the panels do not run across their width.
On Category 2 or 3 losses, exhaust from the HP system should be filtered. The original description above recommends Injectidry's Interceptor HEPA system. The Interceptor is not currently available to order online — ask us about filtration before you start, and follow your scope and the relevant restoration standard.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does the pack include the HP blower?
No. The pack is panels and fittings only. It runs on an Injectidry HP system — see the HP-PLUS Floor Drying Package.
Will it work with a Direct-It kit?
No. Vac-It panels need the negative pressure of an HP system. Direct-It moves large volumes of air at low pressure and is not designed to pull through a sealed panel.
Can I run all 16 panels at once?
CCW's listing says to use 12–20 panels at a time. Injectidry does not publish a panel count per system — it depends on the blower, the hose and tubing lengths and the other lines on the system. Ask us with your system model.
Can I buy extra panels of one type?
Yes. CCW lists the 8-Point Panel, Slim Panel Kit, Extra Slim XSP and Clear Panel separately, plus Vac-T connectors and nipple caps.
What tape should I use?
Injectidry recommends preservation tape. Test it on a hidden area of a finished floor first — some finishes lift with any tape.
