Holder for 3X3" Plastic Tabs

Regular price $51.48

SKU:AC19B

Product Overview

Mounting holder for 3 inch plastic and foil furniture protectors. It keeps them flat, clean and dispensing one at a time instead of spilled loose in the van.

Light-weight aluminium, and it mounts to a van wall, a door panel, shelving or a dashboard.

Which Holder for What

Three holders, each sized to a different protector. Match the holder to what you actually carry.

Holder Holds For
AC19B (this product) About 800 plastic or 300 foil, 3 inch 3 inch pads (AC19D / AC19)
AC19C About 800 plastic or 300 foil, 4 inch 4 inch pads (AC20A / AC20)
AC44B Four full sheets of blocks Foam blocks (AC46)

Protectors Only Work If They Are to Hand

Pads and blocks go under furniture legs to keep timber stain and metal rust off damp carpet. They are cheap, they are the difference between a finished job and a claim, and they are almost always skipped when the box has spilled into the bottom of the van and the technician is two rooms in.

Mounting a holder in the van is what turns "we should have blocked that" into a habit. That is the whole return on a holder — not tidiness, but the claims that do not happen.

Operating Advice

  • Mount it where it is passed on the way out of the van, not where it fits neatly. If it is behind the machine it will not get used.
  • Refill it at the start of the week rather than when it runs out mid-job.
  • Keep it away from the wet gear. Protectors that have been rained on stick together and do not dispense.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is it the 3 inch or the 4 inch holder?

3 inch. For 4 inch protectors use AC19C.

Does it come with the protectors?

No, the holder only. See the table above for what it holds.

Where should I mount it?

Somewhere you walk past on the way out of the van with your hands full. That is what makes it get used.

What We See in the Field

Protectors are not skipped because technicians do not care. They are skipped because the box is at the bottom of the van under the hoses. A holder mounted at eye height removes the excuse, and that is worth considerably more than it costs.
