About SpeedClean Bibs
A bib wraps around an installed wall-mounted or cassette air conditioner and channels wash water and chemical into a bucket instead of down the wall. It is what makes it possible to wash an indoor coil properly in an occupied room rather than giving it a token wipe.
The bag is the disposable half
The bag takes the dirty water and the chemical. It is the part that gets holed by a bracket corner or perished by concentrate, and it is the part worth carrying spares of — a split bag on site means either an abandoned job or water down a customer's wall.
Important: Which Kit Is It For?
CCW's earlier listing described this bib as "Universal Size". SpeedClean lists MSB-01 as the replacement bib for the standard Mini-Split Bib Kit (MSB-KIT), and lists separate replacement bibs for its other kits:

Making a Bib Last
- Rinse the bib with clean water after each job so concentrated coil cleaner does not sit on it.
- Dry it before packing it away, and pack it without sharp folds.
- Keep it clear of bracket corners and tools in the bucket.
- Check it for pinholes before each job — hold it up to the light.
As a guide, CCW's figure for SpeedClean bibs is around 10 to 12 units per bib, with storage and handling making a large difference.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I patch a holed bib?
SpeedClean does not publish a repair method. A patch that lets go mid-wash puts water down a wall, so replace a holed bib rather than patch it.
Does it come with the cord and toggle?
