A barrier is only as good as its edges
Containment under negative pressure fails at the gaps, not in the middle of the sheet. Air takes the easiest path, and a 20 mm gap along a ceiling line will carry more air than the rest of the barrier combined — which means dust, spores or odour going exactly where you promised they would not.
Seal the top, seal the sides, and check the barrier is drawing inward once the air scrubber is running. A barrier that bows toward you is not sealed.
Damage-free is the whole point
Clamping against a wall rather than taping to it leaves nothing behind. On rendered, papered or freshly painted surfaces — which is most of the properties where this work happens — that is the difference between finishing the job and negotiating a make-good.

What Else You Need
The clamps work with a rail pressing the sheet against the wall. CCW lists this pack as clamps only — add Tight-Seal rails if you do not already have them. If you are starting from scratch, the Side-Seal kit (6 rails, 6 clamps, bag) is the better buy, and the Complete Seal Pack includes 2 clamps with its poles and rails.
