SpeedClean gun trigger with quick connect, CoilJet MV925
SpeedClean Gun Trigger Inc QC CoilJet MV925 — the spray gun for the SpeedClean CoilJet, supplied with its quick connect. SpeedClean's CJ-125 manual lists it as part 8943-RB, spray gun with quick connect. CCW has also listed it under the reference MV925.
The part that wears out first
The trigger is the only moving part the operator touches on every job, and it is held open for the whole duration of a coil wash rather than pulsed. Seals harden, the mechanism stiffens, and the first symptom is usually a trigger that drips with the gun released rather than one that fails to open.
Supplied with the quick connect
The quick connect is included, which means the lance and nozzle transfer straight across. Nozzles for this gun: the red 0 degree and the yellow 15 degree.

Safe handling
- The CoilJet motor has an automatic shut-off that stops the pump when the trigger is released. The machine can look off while still pressurised — squeeze the trigger in a safe direction to relieve pressure before changing nozzles or disconnecting the gun.
- SpeedClean says not to leave the unit in auto shut-off for more than 10 minutes; switch it off between coils.
- Never point the gun at anyone.

Possibly. SpeedClean lists a leak at the spray gun or pump, air in the system and an empty tank as causes. Check for drips at the gun with the trigger closed.
