Starters are available in two sizes, 2 inch and 2.5 inch diameter. This listing is the 2.5 inch starter. Patented Cool Cuffs™ replace traditional vinyl cuff and barb connectors. With a simple twist, they connect. Hoses will not come apart even if the vacuum hose is stretched to its limit or you are cleaning several flights up in a building.

How the Cool Cuff System Fits Together
Cool Cuffs™ are a two-part vacuum hose connector made by Wanders Products. Each female cuff threads onto the end of a vacuum hose and locks to a male cuff with a quarter turn. The female swivel is the part that rotates, so the hose can turn without twisting the line.
- Female swivel (AH142): threads onto the hose and does the swivelling.
- Starter cuff (AH140): connects the hose line to the barb or pipe on the machine.
- 2.5 to 2 inch reducer insert (AH146): steps a 2.5 inch hose down to 2 inch Cool Cuffs.
CCW currently lists these three 2.5 inch parts. Male cuffs and 2 inch Cool Cuffs are not listed online; ask us if you need them.
