Know what these numbers mean on a truckmount
4,000 psi and 300 °F are pressure-washer figures, well above what a carpet truckmount delivers. That headroom is why the valve survives on a hard-surface tool: it spends its life at a fraction of its rating, held open for long periods, in hot solution.
It does not mean your machine can run at those numbers. Match the valve to the tool, and the tool to the machine.
Direct replacement
TurboForce states the T-11 also replaces the General Pump DG4000S. If you are servicing a tool fitted with that valve, this is the part.

Keep grit out of the valve
TurboForce's TH-40 manual asks for a clean water supply to the machine and frequent checks of the steel mesh filter just after the tool's quick connect. That filter is what stops scale and grit reaching the valve seat. A blocked or missing filter is the most common reason a new valve starts weeping early.
Frequently asked questions
Will a 4,000 psi valve let my tool run at higher pressure?
No. The valve rating is a ceiling, not a setting. Pressure is set at the machine, and the TH-40 is rated to operate between 650 and 2,500 psi.
Should I rebuild or replace?
If the body is sound, the T-11R rebuild kit restores the seals. Replace the valve if the body is cracked or the trigger is damaged.
Which TurboForce tools use the T-11?
CCW lists it among the TurboForce parts and the T-11R kit for the TH-40. The TH-40 owner's manual parts list does not include the trigger valve, so tell us your tool model and we will confirm the fit.
