Important — jets are not included
The bar is supplied without jets. It takes 0502 stainless 1/8 inch VeeJets, which we stock separately: the MEG VeeJet 0502 in 1/8 inch stainless.
Order the jets with the bar unless you are transferring good ones across. Fitting worn jets to a new bar wastes the new part.
Replace the full set together
A spray bar with a mix of new and worn jets sprays unevenly, and on a rotary tool that shows as a floor that cleans in bands. Jets are cheap; change them as a set.
General guidance: replace brass jets every six months and stainless annually on a tool in regular use.

Safety
TurboForce warns not to put hands under the deck while the tool is in use, and to wait two minutes after releasing the trigger for the spray bar to stop completely. Shut the machine down and release pressure in the solution line before working on the head.
Frequently asked questions
Why is the tool cleaning in bands?
Usually a blocked or worn jet. Check each jet before replacing the bar; a bar is rarely the cause unless it is bent or cracked.
Does it fit the TH-15?
It is listed for the TH-40. Tell us your tool model and we will confirm the TH-15 part.
What else should I check when the bar is off?
The T-8A ceramic seal swivel that feeds the spray bar. TurboForce says to watch the swivel's weep hole for signs of seal wear and to keep the swivel mounting nuts tight.
