Injectidry Direct-It Product Hose cuffs 1.25" connects to PL05
The HC1 hose cuff is the small fitting that joins a length of 1.25 inch Direct-It hose to a 5/8 inch wall penetrator. Injectidry describes the black penetrator as sliding into the end of the 1.25 inch hose or into a 1.25 inch hose cuff. Carry spares — cuffs go missing and split on site, and one missing cuff takes a whole drying line out of service.

Where It Fits in a Direct-It Setup
- The adapter goes on the air mover — the Direct-It IN (standard air movers) or the Direct-It (axial fans and duct rings).
- PL05 1.25 inch hose runs from the adapter to the wet cavity.
- The HC1 cuff joins the end of the hose to a 5/8 inch wall penetrator pushed into an 11/16 inch hole (Injectidry's recommended paddle-bit size).
Injectidry's Direct-It kits are packed with 17 cuffs and 17 wall penetrators, so a full kit runs 17 injection points.
Direct-It, not HP
This cuff is a Direct-It part and connects to the PL05 line. The HP system uses push-to-connect fittings such as the 1.25 inch hose barb instead. The sizes read the same and the systems are not interchangeable — check which you are running.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use this cuff on my Injectidry HP system?
No. Injectidry lists the HC1 for PL05 Direct-It hose only. HP hose lines use the HC-125 push-to-connect barb.
Do I need a cuff on every hose?
Injectidry says the penetrator can slide straight into the end of the hose or into a cuff. The cuff gives a firmer joint at the penetrator; most operators fit one at every injection point, which is why the kits carry one per penetrator.
Is PL05 hose sold by CCW?
PL05 hose comes in the Direct-It kits. It is not listed separately online — contact us if you need replacement hose.
