Important: Electrical Details for the 240 V Model
The first two points above describe Injectidry's 115 V HP-PLUS. Injectidry's own manual for the HP-PLUS-240V gives different details:
- Power: 220/240 V, 20 A circuit needed (Injectidry and Dry Air Injectidry both state this for the 240 V floor drying package)
- Listings: UL Listed to UL 507 and CSA approved to C22.2 No. 113-15
A standard Australian power point is 10 A. Before you buy, ask us what plug is fitted to current stock, what current the unit draws in use and what circuit to run it on. Have a licensed electrician confirm the circuit on site. Injectidry do not publish an Australian (RCM) approval for the HP-PLUS-240V — ask us for the compliance documents that apply to CCW's stock.
What It Does
The HP-PLUS Floor Drying Package is the improved version of Injectidry's HP60i Floor Drying package. This unit is quieter (less than 60 dB), more powerful, and easier to set up than the original. You can use up to 12 Multi-Port or 20 8-Port Vac-It panels with an increase of up to 30% in drying capabilities.
There are no breaker tripping problems (unless the breaker is faulty or you have too much equipment on the circuit). The unit's amperage will never exceed 12 amps.
The HP-PLUS also gives you consistent pressure with no need for pressure relief valves. It will automatically adjust to maximum airflow whether you're using 1 or 20 Vac-It panels.
The panel figures, the 30% figure, the 60 dB figure and the 12 A figure are Injectidry's claims for the HP-PLUS range. Injectidry's current manual does not repeat the panel counts or a decibel figure, and the 12 A figure is the 115 V model's — see the electrical note above.
How floor drying with Vac-It panels works
Vac-It panels are laid on the wet floor and connected back to the HP-PLUS through hose lines and manifolds. Running on negative pressure, the blower draws air and moisture up through the flooring and out through the panels, drying the timber and the space beneath it without lifting the boards. Injectidry note the HP-PLUS can also run on positive pressure.

The HB300 extraction hose barb that pairs with the Main W is sold separately by Injectidry and is not currently listed on ccwonline — ask us if you need one. An inline HEPA filter is not included (see Operating Advice).
Setting Up a Floor Drying Job
Summarised from Injectidry's HP-PLUS-240V manual. Follow the manual supplied with the unit.
- Remove standing water first.
- Lay out the Vac-It panels on the wet area. Do not tape them down yet.
- Take the Main W off, fit the HB300 extraction barb and connect it to the 2 inch suction hose of a truckmount or portable extractor.
- Extract through the panels for at least 30 minutes.
- Wipe up any pooled liquid, then tape the panels down.
- Reconnect the Main W to the HP-PLUS and start drying. Use the water separator, which Injectidry recommend for the first 24 hours after extraction.
- Keep the Silencer elevated off heat-sensitive surfaces.
Operating Advice
- Never extract water with the HP-PLUS. Injectidry state that bulk water passing through the blower can cause severe damage and will void the warranty. Extract with an extractor, protect the blower with the water separator.
- Keep air temperatures below 40 °C. Injectidry state that ambient and suction air above 104 °F (40 °C) will void the warranty. Watch this in roof-space heat and in summer.
- Watch the exhaust. Injectidry warn that hot air from the AIR OUT main hose can damage flooring materials. Direct it away from the floor you are drying.
- Negative mode on contaminated jobs. Injectidry's manual says an inline Interceptor HEPA filtration device is highly recommended when the HP-PLUS runs in negative mode. The Interceptor system is not currently available online from CCW — ask us before a Category 2 or 3 or mould job.
- Cap every unused port. An open port draws room air instead of air through the floor.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will it run on a normal 10 A power point?
Injectidry specify a 220/240 V 20 A circuit for the 240 V unit. A standard Australian power point is 10 A. Ask us what plug current stock is fitted with and what circuit to use, and have a licensed electrician confirm the site supply.
Can I use my HP60 panels and hoses with it?
Injectidry say the HP-PLUS can be used with the original HP60 attachments and hoses.
How many panels can it run?
Injectidry have quoted up to 12 Multi-Port or 20 8-Port Vac-It panels for the HP-PLUS. Their current manual says every job varies. Start with the panels in the package and add to suit.
Can it dry walls and ceilings too?
Yes, with active hoselines and wall injectors. CCW lists a wall and ceiling active hose upgrade kit for the floor drying package, and a complete HP-PLUS wall and ceiling package.
Does it replace dehumidifiers and air movers?
No. It dries the timber and cavities you cannot reach with airflow alone. The room still needs dehumidification to take the moisture it releases.
