PMF V300 forged brass trigger valve, 300 psi
A forged brass trigger valve with a stainless steel stem and handle, rated by PMF to 300 psi. It sits between PMF's plastic V120P and the 500 psi high-temperature valves, and suits mid-pressure portable and spray work.

Choosing by pressure
Match the valve to the machine, not the other way round. Running a valve above its rating shortens seal life first and fails properly later, usually with a hot solution line in your hand.
- V120P — 120 psi, low temperature, plastic body
- V300 — 300 psi, forged brass. This listing.
- V1245B — 500 psi, high temperature, forged brass
- V2P-EZ — 500 psi, high temperature, PTFE seat
- V800-EZ — 800 psi, high temperature
Where PMF uses it
PMF fits the V300 to the brass version of its extractor spray wand (AC44-300), which hooks onto an extractor's solution line to turn the machine into a sprayer. PMF's stainless handle AC62 is listed for the V120P, V120 and V300.
Service parts
PMF lists a V300 repair kit (R300) and a second kit listed as R300-V. CCW does not currently list either online, so contact us and we will order the correct one.
Frequently asked questions
Can I use the V300 with hot solution?
PMF does not publish a temperature rating for the V300. For hot solution, choose a valve PMF rates for high temperature: the V1245B, V2P-EZ or V800-EZ.
Why choose the V300 over the plastic V120P?
The V300 has a forged brass body and a 300 psi rating, against 120 psi and low temperature for the plastic V120P.
Will it run on a 500 psi truckmount?
Not safely at full pressure. Use a 500 psi or higher valve, or regulate the line below 300 psi.
