Know what it is for
The plastic body keeps weight and cost down, and PMF states the trade-off plainly: 120 psi and low temperature. On a hot truckmount this is the wrong valve. For hot solution use the V1245B or the V2P-EZ. If you need more pressure but not heat, the V300 is forged brass and rated to 300 psi.
Where PMF uses it
PMF fits the V120P to its extractor spray wand (AC44), a 10-foot hose with valve that connects to an extractor's solution line so the machine can be used as a sprayer.

Frequently asked questions
Can I use it with a heated portable?
Only if solution temperature at the valve stays at or below 60 °C and pressure at or below 120 psi. If either is exceeded, choose a brass high-temperature valve.
The valve has started to drip. Rebuild or replace?
If the body is not cracked or distorted, fit the V120P repair kit. If the body has been softened by heat, replace the valve and review the temperature it is running at.
Is there a Viton-seal version?
PMF lists a Viton repair kit (R120P-V) for the V120P as well as the standard kit. Ask us if your chemistry calls for Viton seals.
What We See in the Field
[Technician's Note — replace before publishing: two to four sentences of first-hand CCW field experience relevant to this product. A pattern you see, a mistake customers make, or something learned from servicing or selling it. Not spec repetition, not a sales pitch, not invented.]
Not sure which valve you have, or which kit fits it? Send us a photo of the valve and we will identify it before you order.
