Anti-Allergen Detergent Rinse is hypo-allergenic and designed for safe use around individuals who suffer from allergies, asthma, or chemical sensitivities. Use as a final detergent rinse when cleaning carpet, upholstery, or mattresses.
MasterBlend now sells this product as Anti-Allergen Detergent Rinse; CCW lists it as All Fibre Rinse. It is one product — part of MasterBlend's ResponsibleCare Anti-Allergen range.
What It Does
Use after Anti-Allergen PreSpray as a final rinse to remove soil and detergent residue. The ideal way to prepare fibre surfaces for an application of Allergy Relief Treatment.
Anti-Allergen All Fibre Rinse removes soils and any detergent residues, even from prior cleanings. Unlike many green cleaners, All Fibre Rinse is alkaline and therefore has the cleaning ability to fracture the allergen proteins off of fibres so they can be removed.

Important: Read the SDS, Not Just the Label Claims
This page previously said the rinse is "non-toxic to humans, animals, and plants" and "does not contain … hazardous ingredients". MasterBlend's own Safety Data Sheet (04-101227, rev. 28 Dec 2023) classifies the concentrate as hazardous under US OSHA rules — signal word Warning, H319 causes serious eye irritation — and recommends nitrile gloves. Those two claims have been removed. Handle the concentrate with gloves and eye protection like any other alkaline detergent.
The ResponsibleCare Anti-Allergen System
MasterBlend sets the range out as four steps:
- Anti-Allergen PreSpray — pre-spray, agitated with a pile brush or rake.
- Anti-Allergen Detergent Rinse (this product) — the extraction rinse.
- Anti-Allergen Deodorizer — as needed, for urine and other odour problems.
- Allergy Relief Treatment — MasterBlend's final treatment. CCW does not currently list it; ask us if you need it.
Allergen Claims — What This Page Does and Does Not Say
MasterBlend formulates the ResponsibleCare Anti-Allergen range for use in homes where people have allergies, asthma or chemical sensitivities. That describes who the products are designed for. It is not a medical claim: these are carpet and upholstery cleaning chemicals, not a treatment for allergy or asthma, and CCW makes no health claim for them.
Directions
Mix 60ml/Litre of Anti-Allergen Detergent Rinse for a truck mount. For portables, mix 16ml/Litre of hot water. Use to extraction clean any textile after an application of Anti-Allergen PreSpray.

- Test for colourfastness on an inconspicuous area first.
- Pre-spray with Anti-Allergen PreSpray and agitate before rinsing.
- Make multiple dry extraction passes to reduce drying time (MasterBlend).

Safety Data Sheet

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this an acid rinse?
No. It is alkaline (RTU pH 9.2). MasterBlend makes a separate acidic rinse, All Fiber Rinse MX — a different product.
Is it safe on wool?
MasterBlend lists it for all fibre types including wool. Test first, as always.
Can I use it without the PreSpray?
It will rinse soil and old detergent residue on its own, but MasterBlend designs it as the rinse step after Anti-Allergen PreSpray.
Does it treat allergies?
No. It is a cleaning rinse. It removes soil and residue; it is not a medical treatment.
What PPE do I need?
Gloves and eye protection when handling the concentrate — the SDS classifies it as an eye irritant.
