Why a dedicated bag for a drying system
An HP setup is a lot of small parts — manifolds, caps, connectors, injectors, tubing. Loose in a van they get lost, and a missing end cap at 9 pm on a job means an open port and a night of drying that achieves nothing.
Rolling matters because the kit is heavy and the job is often up a driveway and through a house. It also means the kit gets wheeled in rather than dragged across a customer’s floor.
For panels and wall vents, the larger panel and wall vent carry bag is the one.
A Practical Packing List
Most HP operators keep one duffel as the parts kit that goes to every job. A typical load:
- 1.25 inch inline manifolds and 1.25 inch end caps
- 3/8 inch nipple caps and 3/8 inch tubing connectors
- HP wall injectors and a cut set of safety yellow tubing
- Main W connector and the HP Silencer
- Drill bits, drill stops, tape and a tubing cutter
Count the caps and connectors back in at the end of each job. The parts that go missing are the small ones, and they are the ones that stop a system sealing.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will it carry the HP blower?
Injectidry sells the CB2 as a rolling duffel for the system, but does not publish a load rating or say it is made for the blower. The HP-PLUS 240V weighs about 33 kg — carry the blower on its own handles or a trolley.
Does it suit Direct-It parts too?
Yes, it is just a bag — but keep HP and Direct-It parts apart or clearly labelled. The two systems use different hose and connections, and mixed parts cost time on site.
