Hydroforce Injection Sprayer Parts

An injection sprayer meters chemical into a water stream. When it drifts, the dilution on the carpet stops matching the dilution on the label — and unlike a blocked jet, nothing obvious announces it.

Almost every fault in these units is a tip, a strainer, an O-ring or the injector valve, and every one of those is inexpensive to hold as a spare.

How to choose

Order the tip by ratio, not by size. Yellow is 8:1, brown is 32:1. Changing product usually means changing tip — and running the old tip with new chemistry is the most common cause of a result that will not repeat.

Check the strainer before the valve. A partially blocked strainer starves the injector and mimics a failed valve. It costs a few dollars and thirty seconds to rule out.

Keep a measuring cup in the kit. Ratios only hold if the mix is measured. It is the cheapest accuracy in the range.

Replace the O-ring when you replace the hose. The NA0828 blue hose assembly includes one for a reason — reusing the old O-ring is a slow leak waiting to start.
