Layflat Duct 300mm x 362mtr (Fits 200mm diameter outlets)
A 362 m roll of 300 mm layflat polyethylene tubing for carrying air from dehumidifiers and air scrubbers with 200 mm diameter outlets. Cut it to length on site, fit it over the outlet and put the dry or filtered air where it is needed.

CCW lists this 300 mm layflat ducting for:
- Dri-Eaz dehumidifiers and HEPA 500 air scrubbers with 200 mm outlets
- Razorback MaxxGuard 550
- Razorback MaxxGuard 550 UV
The Dri-Eaz HEPA 500 has been discontinued by Dri-Eaz, but CCW still supplies its replacement filters for machines in service.
Important: Check the Fit on Your Outlet
Laid flat, this duct is 300 mm wide, so it opens to a circle of about 191 mm. That is a snug fit over a 200 mm spigot: the film stretches a little, and it needs to be taped or strapped in place.
CCW's listing gives this roll as the same size as F268. Dri-Eaz's own F268 layflat ducting is listed by US Dri-Eaz distributors as 13 in (about 330 mm) wide, 4 mil, opening to about 8.3 in (211 mm) — slightly wider and thicker than this roll. If your outlet is 8 in (203 mm) or larger, or you want an easier fit, use the 355 mm roll, which CCW lists for 200 mm to 225 mm outlets.
Sizing Layflat Duct
Layflat duct is described by its flat width, not by the outlet it fits. A 300 mm layflat duct opens to roughly a 200 mm circle. Match the duct to the machine outlet, not to a number that sounds similar.
The round size is simple geometry: the circumference is twice the flat width, so the open diameter is about the flat width × 2 ÷ 3.14. The table below uses that calculation for the rolls CCW lists.

The Phoenix 250 mm and Phoenix 355 mm rolls are named by their round diameter, not their flat width, so they are not directly comparable with the rolls above.
Keep It Short and Keep the Bends Gentle
Every metre of duct and every tight bend costs airflow, and the loss is not proportional — a kinked duct can cut delivery to almost nothing while the machine sounds exactly the same. If a ducted setup is not drying, shorten the run before you add another machine.
Fitting and Using It
- Cut the length you need with a sharp blade, such as the Film Cutting Knife, keeping the cut square.
- Slip the duct over the machine outlet and secure it with duct tape or a strap so it cannot blow off.
- Run it as straight as the job allows, with gentle bends and no kinks, and keep it off hot surfaces and sharp edges.
- Where the duct passes through a containment wall or doorway, seal around it so the barrier stays intact.
- Check the run during monitoring visits. A split or a crushed section is cheaper to replace than to tolerate.
Treat poly duct as a consumable. Duct used on Category 3 water, sewage or mould jobs should be disposed of with other contaminated materials in line with the job's remediation plan, not carried to the next site.

Why does a 300 mm duct fit a 200 mm outlet?
Because 300 mm is the width of the tube laid flat. Opened into a circle it is about 191 mm across, which fits over a 200 mm outlet with a little stretch.
Is this the Dri-Eaz F268 duct?
No. It is a Signet roll that CCW lists as the same size as F268. Dri-Eaz's F268 is published at 13 in (about 330 mm) flat width and 4 mil, so the two are close but not identical. If you are matching an existing Dri-Eaz setup exactly, tell us the machine and outlet size.
Which roll should I choose for my machine?
Measure the outside diameter of the outlet spigot and use the sizing table above. If you are between sizes, the larger roll is easier to fit and secure; the smaller roll will not stretch far.
Can I reuse layflat duct?
Undamaged duct from a clean-water job can be rolled up and reused. Duct from contaminated or mould jobs should be disposed of with other contaminated materials.
