Sonitron Odorblok Professional Deodoriser is a deodorant compound Sonitron designed for professional carpet cleaners, to overcome odour problems arising in the cleaning of dirty carpets. What It Does — and Does Not Do
Sonitron does not publish how Odorblok works, and its safety data sheet describes it as a premium room deodorant — a pink, pleasantly fragranced liquid. For that reason CCW does not claim that it neutralises odour-causing molecules at the source.
In practice, no deodoriser fixes an odour whose source is still there. Remove or clean the source first — soil, urine, smoke residue, wet or mouldy materials — then use Odorblok to finish the job.

Directions for Use
Dilute according to the level of odour contamination and apply using a sprayer, fogger or injection system. For best results, treat the affected area after cleaning to deal with residual odours.
Sonitron does not publish dilution rates for Odorblok. Ask CCW for the current rate before use, and test on an inconspicuous area of upholstery and delicate fabrics first. Odorblok contains ethanol; if you plan to fog it, check with us first and follow your fogger manufacturer's directions and the SDS.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will Odorblok get rid of urine odour?
Not on its own. Urine odour comes from residue in the carpet, underlay and sometimes the subfloor. Remove the source with a urine treatment and extraction, replace underlay where needed, then use Odorblok to finish.
What dilution do I use?
Sonitron does not publish a dilution rate. Ask us for the current recommendation before use.
Can I use it through my carpet cleaning machine?
Sonitron designed it for professional carpet cleaners, but it does not publish machine directions. Ask us before adding it to a rinse or injection line.
Is it safe to use around occupants?
The SDS does not classify it as hazardous. Ventilate the area, keep people with fragrance sensitivities informed, and let treated areas dry before reoccupation.
