Outer or inner?
The TH-40 head is two shells. The outer shell is the body that takes the knocks — against skirtings, thresholds and door frames — and carries the brush ring. The inner shell is the internal housing.
A cracked outer shell breaks the vacuum seal, and the crack is often hard to see because it runs where the shell has been repeatedly struck. If a tool has lost recovery and the brush ring is good, inspect the shell with the ring removed.

Does it fit the 15 inch TH-15?
No. The TH-15 uses its own shells. Contact us with your tool model for the 15 inch part.
Is shell damage covered by warranty?
Turbo Force's warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for one year. Impact damage from use is not a defect, so a shell cracked against a skirting is a replacement part, not a claim.
TurboForce parts are model-specific — the TH-40, TH-15 and the Mini share very little. Tell us your tool model and we will confirm the part before you order.
