What the inner shell does
The inner shell directs the spray and the recovered air inside the head. Wear here changes how the tool behaves without any obvious external damage — recovery drops, or the tool starts pulling to one side.
The outer shell is the part that takes the impacts. If the tool has been dropped, inspect both.

Safety
TurboForce warns not to put hands under the deck while the tool is in use, and to wait two minutes after releasing the trigger for the spray bar to stop completely. Shut the machine down and release pressure in the solution line before working on the head.

Does it fit the 15 inch TH-15?
No. This is the 12 inch TH-40 shell. Tell us your tool model and we will confirm the TH-15 part.
How do I tell the inner shell is the problem?
If the brush ring or boot is in good condition and the outer shell is undamaged, but recovery is poor or the tool pulls to one side, inspect the inner shell for cracks, distortion or wear.
TurboForce parts are model-specific — the TH-40, TH-15 and the Mini share very little. Tell us your tool model and we will confirm the part before you order.
