Spinergy diamond impregnated stone pad, 17 inch, 11,000 grit — the Ultra Gloss stage. This is the finishing pad, for a very high polish with excellent clarity and reflectivity.
Chemical Free, Water Only
Spinergy diamond impregnated pads work with water alone. There is no crystalliser, no powder and no acid, which removes the two risks that come with chemical polishing: getting the chemistry wrong on a stone that will not take it, and the mess and disposal that follows.
They suit marble, travertine, limestone and terrazzo, and can be used on floors, walls and countertops with little to no lippage.
The Spinergy Grit Sequence
Diamond pads work in sequence. Each grit removes the scratch pattern left by the one before it, and skipping steps leaves a haze that no amount of extra passes with a fine pad will clear.

Which Grits CCW Stocks
CCW currently stocks two of the seven grits: 3000 Gloss (blue, ASP17BLU) and 11,000 Ultra Gloss (green, ASP17GRN).
Those two are the polishing end of the sequence. If your job starts from a scratched or honed floor you will need the coarser grits as well — contact us and we will source them rather than have you start a job you cannot finish.
Where This Pad Sits
11,000 is the last grit in the sequence. It follows the 8000 high gloss stage, which is where many jobs stop.
Use it when the job genuinely calls for a very high polish. Reaching for it earlier in the sequence will not shorten the work — it will polish whatever scratch pattern is still in the stone.

The manufacturer does not publish a pad life or a recommended machine speed. Rather than estimate them, we have left them out.
Operating Advice
- Work the sequence. A finishing pad on a floor that has not been honed will polish the scratches rather than remove them.
- Keep the floor wet. These pads rely on water for cut and for flushing the swarf away; run them dry and you glaze the pad and the stone.
- Rinse and vacuum between grits. Carrying coarse swarf into a fine pad contaminates it and puts scratches back in.
- Test in a discreet area on any stone you have not polished before. Stone varies, and so does what has been done to it previously.
- Keep the pads separated and labelled by grit. A mixed-up set is the most common cause of a finish that will not come up.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use this pad on its own?
Only on stone already polished to the stage before it. On a honed or scratched floor it will polish the damage rather than remove it.
Do I need chemicals with these?
No. Water only. That is the point of the system.
Can I skip grits?
No. Each grit removes the scratch pattern of the one before it. Skipping leaves a haze that a finer pad will not clear.
Will they work on granite?
The manufacturer specifies marble, travertine and limestone, plus terrazzo. For granite, ask us before ordering rather than assuming.
Can I use them on walls and countertops?
Yes, and on floors, with little to no lippage.
