Mytee P589 replacement spray guard for the right-hand side of the head on the Mytee 8314T Bentley carpet wand.
What the Spray Guard Is For
The guard contains overspray at the side of the head. Without it, solution goes onto skirtings, furniture legs and walls — which on a domestic job is the difference between a clean finish and a callback about marks on the paintwork.
It is also the part most likely to be broken, because it is at the outside edge of the head and takes every impact against a wall.
Important — Left or Right
This is the right-hand guard. Left and right are taken with the wand in the working position, looking down the tube towards the head. If in doubt, send us a photo of the broken guard before ordering.

Does it fit the left side?
No. This is the right-hand guard only.
Can I run the wand without it?
It will still clean, but overspray at that side of the head will reach walls and furniture.
