Product Overview
Mytee H141 Cuff-Lynx reducer. It screws onto the end of a 1.5 inch vacuum hose and gives it a 2 inch female Cuff-Lynx connection, so a 1.5 inch hose can join a 2 inch Cuff-Lynx port or hose.
Mytee supplies it with Contractor's Special packages to connect the 1.5 inch vac hose to the machine's 2 inch Cuff-Lynx port, and lists it on the Speedster LTD5-LX and Escape ETM parts lists.
How Cuff-Lynx Works
- Nylon body, designed by Mytee to resist cracking in cold conditions.
- Threaded interlocking male and female connectors.
- O-ring seal at the joint to stop air leaks.
- A soft-lock twist action to connect and disconnect.
Mytee also makes vinyl Cuff-Lynx fittings, identified by a V suffix (for example H141V). This page is the H141.
Fitting
Remove the old cuff by twisting it off the hose, then twist the Cuff-Lynx onto the hose thread. Mytee recommends a small amount of all-purpose adhesive sealant on the hose thread to stop the hose unscrewing in use.
