Dump valve gasket for PEA11 and PCE370-07 dump valves. Each valve requires two.
A hardened or split gasket is the usual reason a portable's dump valve starts weeping recovered water. It is a cheap part, and worth keeping a pair in the van.

Important — two per valve
Each valve requires two gaskets. Ordering one and finding out at the machine is a wasted trip.
Where it leaks and why it matters
A dump valve gasket that has hardened lets recovered water weep from the valve body. On a portable that means dirty water in the van and on the customer's floor — and recovered water from a restoration job is not clean water.
The valve itself is the Valterra gate valve.
Fitting advice
- Empty the recovery tank and rinse the valve before you open it. Wear gloves — treat the residue as contaminated.
- Replace both gaskets together, even if only one looks worn.
- Clean the sealing faces before fitting the new gaskets. Old gasket material or grit left on a face will leak.
- Tighten evenly and test with clean water before the next job.

Frequently asked questions
How many do I need?
Two per valve. The price is for one gasket.
The valve still leaks with new gaskets. What next?
Check the valve body and gate for cracks or wear. If the valve itself is damaged, replace it with the PEA11 Valterra gate valve.
Razorback parts vary between models and production runs. Tell us the machine and its serial number and we will confirm the part before you order.
