Dilution and Application
Aeris states the product can be diluted up to 5:1 for lightly soiled surfaces, and that dilution should be set to suit the site and the asset being cleaned. Use it stronger as the soiling gets heavier.
- Dilute according to the level of cleaning required.
- Apply generously to cover the surface — by wiping, pressure washing, or soaking components in a tank.
- For stubborn spots, allow the cleaner to sit for a few minutes.
- Scrub or wipe clean.

Heavy Duty Cleaner is a strong alkaline product (pH 11–11.5). Under its Safety Data Sheet (revised August 2024) it is classified as hazardous:
- H315 — causes skin irritation
- H318 — causes serious eye damage
It is not classified as dangerous goods for transport.
- Wear chemical-resistant gloves.
- Safety eyewear must be worn.
- Aeris recommends a respiratory mask when handling the solution; avoid breathing spray.
- Eye contact: rinse immediately with water and seek medical attention. Skin contact: wash with water.

Can it be used on HVAC coils?

How much should I dilute it?

Does it need rinsing?
