How a rotary hard-surface tool works
A spinner puts high-pressure solution through rotating jets inside a shrouded head, and pulls it straight back out under vacuum. The seal between the head and the floor is what makes it work: it contains the spray, it holds the vacuum, and it is why a spinner cleans grout without soaking the room.
Almost every performance complaint on these tools comes back to that seal — a worn brush ring, a damaged shell or a tired swivel — rather than to pressure or chemistry.
Small tool, same principle
The Mini is used where the full-size heads will not go — bathrooms, shower recesses, around fixtures and along edges. Those are exactly the places where a poor seal shows, because the surfaces are vertical or confined and water that escapes has nowhere to go but the room.
TurboForce parts are model-specific — the TH-40, TH-15 and the Mini share very little. Tell us your tool model and we will confirm the part before you order.
