Rotary Tile Spinners

A spinner contains the spray. That is the whole argument — high pressure hitting hard floor without containment puts slurry on the walls, the joinery and the customer, and no amount of masking recovers the time that costs.

It also recovers as it goes, which is what leaves a floor close to dry rather than needing a second pass with a squeegee.

How to choose

Diameter is a vacuum decision, not a floor-size decision. A 15 inch head needs materially more airflow and lift to clear its own slurry than a 12 inch. On a machine that cannot keep up, the larger head leaves water behind and the smaller one finishes sooner.

Concrete adapters change the ride height. Bare and polished concrete are rarely flat. The hyper casters supplied with the 12 inch adapter are what stop the tool digging on an uneven slab.

Pressure rating governs what you can safely clean. Sealed porcelain tolerates far more than natural stone or old cement-based grout. Check the tool rating and the machine output together, and treat stone as low-pressure until tested.

A handheld spinner earns its place on the details. Shower recesses, hobs and step nosings are where the customer looks first and where a full-size head cannot reach.
