HVAC Cleaning Parts

A CoilJet is a small machine that lives in the back of a van and gets used hard. The parts that fail are predictable — nozzles, the battery, the trigger and the bib — and none of them justify a new unit.

This range keeps the system running: nozzles and lances, pumps and batteries, tanks, triggers and the bib consumables that get replaced job by job.

It includes red and yellow CoilJet nozzles and the foaming nozzle assembly; lances in 45 cm and 60 cm with flexible straight and 90 degree tips; the self-coiling 2–20 ft hose; the CJ orange replacement tank; sealed lead acid batteries and a 12 V 3 A charger for the CJ125; the MV925 gun trigger with quick connect; an Aquatec 12 V 170 psi demand pump; one-way valve clamps; and replacement bibs and bib bags.

How to choose

Nozzle colour is a flow rate, not a decoration. Red and yellow deliver different rates. Fitting the wrong one changes how much chemical reaches the coil and how wet the job gets.

Battery failure looks like pump failure. A tired sealed lead acid battery gives weak pressure that comes and goes — easy to blame on the pump. Test the battery before ordering anything else.

Lance length is about access, not reach. The 60 cm with a 90 degree tip is what gets behind a wall-mounted head unit. Longer is not better in a ceiling cavity.

Bibs and bags are per-job consumables. On a multi-unit commercial contract they are the item that runs out first. Order by the number of heads, not by the each.
