Aftermarket one-way check valve for the SpeedClean CoilJet CJ-125 coil cleaning system. It is fully interchangeable with SpeedClean's CJ2-07-1, the check valve on the water line, and stops water running back the wrong way through the circuit. Secure it with the SpeedClean 9-11 clamp for the one way valve, sold separately.
Important: Water Line, Not Chemical Line
SpeedClean's CJ-125 manual lists two different check valves: CJ2-07 on the chemical line and CJ2-07-1 on the water line. MMCJ2-07 replaces CJ2-07-1, the water-line valve. For the chemical side, see the chemical valve assembly.
What a One-Way Valve Does Here
It stops water running back the wrong way through the circuit. When it fails, water drains back between uses, so the system loses prime and the first few seconds of every job spray weakly or not at all.
Fitting
- Switch the CoilJet off and disconnect the battery.
- Note the flow direction marked on the old valve before removing it.
- Fit the new valve in the same orientation and secure it with a new 9-11 clamp.
- Prime the system and check for leaks and correct chemical draw before going back on a job.
