Product Overview

DEMA FOAMit pump-up foamer, 10 litre. A manually pumped foamer for spot cleaning and sanitation in industrial and institutional settings, where running an air line is not practical.

How It Works

A dual-tube design draws chemical and air from the tank through separate tubes and mixes them at the trigger-operated foam wand to create thick foam. A needle valve controls flow in the air tube, so the operator can adjust foam consistency from wet to dry.

Features

  • Compact unit with manual pump — maximum portability for small jobs and spot cleaning.
  • Comfortable grip handle with trigger for quick on/off control.
  • Switch between short and long wand assemblies.
  • Pressure relief valve.
  • Viton seals.
  • Natural colour tank with fill markings in gallons and litres.
  • Extra-wide stability base and vertical wand storage.

Important — Chemical and Seal Compatibility

FOAMit states that chemical products used with this equipment must be formulated for this type of application and compatible with the unit materials and pump seals. Check the SDS for your chemical against the seal material before use, and flush the unit with fresh water when changing between chemistries.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does it need compressed air?

No. It is pumped by hand.

Can I adjust how wet the foam is?

Yes, with the needle valve on the air tube.

When should I choose an air-powered foamer instead?

For larger areas. The air-powered units hold 38 or 95 litres and throw foam several metres.

What we see in the field

Pump-up foamers work better when the mix is right and the unit's kept clean. If the foam turns watery halfway through a job, check pressure and the nozzle before adding more concentrate. Release tank pressure safely before opening it.
