Product Overview
The insulated handle for Hydro-Force injection sprayers, fitted to the injector valve assembly.
What the Insulation Is For
The injector valve sits directly in the solution line. On a truckmount running hot, the metal of the valve body reaches the temperature of the water going through it, and the handle is the part the operator holds all day.
The manufacturer does not publish a maximum temperature rating for the handle, and we will not infer one. If you are running at the top of your machine's temperature range, treat the handle as comfort insulation rather than a rated thermal barrier.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this the handle for the gun or the valve?
The valve. The spray gun has its own grip.
Does it come with fixings?
Not stated by the manufacturer. Contact us before ordering if you are replacing a handle whose hardware is missing.
Mine has cracked. Does that matter?
Beyond comfort, a cracked handle exposes you to a hot valve body. On a machine running genuinely hot it is worth replacing rather than working around.

What We See in the Field
The insulated handle is there for a reason: solution feeding an injection sprayer can be extremely hot. If the handle is loose, split or heat-damaged, don't tape it up and call it fixed; heat exposure and a high-pressure leak are a bad combination at the operator's hand.
Contact us if you need to confirm the mounting before ordering.
