Actichem Airfresh Spray is an advanced environmental odour-control formulation designed specifically for aerial application. APPLICATION AREAS AND SURFACE SUITABILITY
Primarily, it is used as a stand-alone aerial room spray, misted with a trigger spray or pressure sprayer. Excellent for localised areas too small for fogging equipment or areas where minimum residue is desired. Airfresh Spray is ideal for use in a spray n wipe application on smooth surfaces including appliances and household items. Airfresh Spray is used to great effect for injecting into cushions, upholstery, carpeting and soft surfaces to assist with the permanent eradication of malodours caused by food & beverage spills, urine, mould or smoke.
How to use
Always pre-test in an inconspicuous location for substrate sensitivity to chemicals. Observe all safety directions and read the SDS before use.
Note that Airfresh Spray is flammable. Take necessary precautions to avoid fire.
Wear suitable respiratory equipment when aerosolising Airfresh Spray in large quantities.
Do not apply with a wet or thermal fogger.
Dilutions
Airfresh Spray is supplied ready-to-use—no dilution required.
For light applications, dilute 1:1 with water or methylated spirits.
Application
Airfresh Spray is typically used after remediation work is complete.
- Remove or cover all food, food equipment, and any items that may be adversely affected by water-based solvents.
- Mist in areas requiring treatment. Avoid overapplication. The treated area can usually be reoccupied within 30 minutes.
- Spray mist directly onto surfaces requiring treatment. Allow 5-10 minutes for reaction time, then wipe dry with an absorbent cloth.
- Inject directly into cushions, upholstery, carpeting and soft surfaces. Diluting 1:1 to 1:3 with methylated spirits will aid spreading within the cushioning. Avoid overapplication, which can cause deformation.
