Vpro Gemini dual wand commercial carpet cleaning system, red
The Gemini is Vpro's wide-body wand for commercial carpet work. It runs two internal vacuum chambers behind a single edge-to-edge slot, rides on its own wheels instead of relying on operator down-pressure, and carries an integrated spray gun, a clear sight tube and a solution temperature gauge. Vpro manufactures it in the United States.
This is a truckmount tool. Vpro engineers the Gemini for machines running a 45-series blower or larger, so it is not a match for portable extractors. This listing is the red model: a red powder-coated handle assembly with the standard clear anodised aluminium head.

Why a dual-vacuum head
Widening a wand head covers more carpet per stroke, but a wide slot only works if there is enough airflow behind it to hold velocity from one end of the slot to the other. Where airflow runs short, the middle of the slot does the work and the ends leave moisture behind.
The Gemini splits the slot across two internal vacuum chambers so airflow is shared across the full width rather than drawn toward one centre port. That is also why the blower requirement matters: the design assumes a commercial truckmount, not a portable.
Wheels, weight and the seal
The Gemini is built to hold itself down through airflow rather than through the operator leaning on it. The wheels carry the tool between strokes, and the magnetic upright stand parks it without laying it on the carpet.
On dense, high-friction commercial carpet a tool that seals hard can become difficult to drag. Vpro fits an adjustable seal for exactly that reason, so the seal can be backed off where the tool would otherwise grip too firmly. If a wide tool feels like it is locking to the floor, the seal is usually the first adjustment, not the vacuum.
Features
- Two vacuum chambers behind a single edge-to-edge slot.
- Four jets with eight flow settings, so solution volume can be matched to the fibre and the soil load.
- Slider control for suction level at the tool.
- Clear suction tube, so what is coming off the carpet is visible during the stroke.
- Solution temperature gauge at the tool rather than at the machine.
- Integrated spray gun for pre-spray and spotting without changing tools.
- Wheeled operation with magnetic upright parking.
- Snap-on, screwless PTFE glides for tool-free changes.
Glides and service parts
The Gemini is supplied with slotted virgin PTFE glides. Vpro's parts range covers glides, stainless vee jets, valves, manifolds and hoses, and CCW orders these in with Vpro stock. Tell us the part you need and we will quote it against the current Vpro range.
Frequently asked questions
Will the Gemini run on a portable extractor?
No. Vpro specifies a truckmount with a 45-series blower or larger. A portable will not deliver the airflow this head is designed around, and the result is water left in the carpet. If you are running a portable, a narrower wand is the right tool — see the carpet wands range.
Is this a rotary tool?
No. The Gemini is a wand and cleans in straight strokes. It has no rotating head, so there is no spinning action to manage on delicate fibre.
Why red, and can I get a different colour?
Red refers to the powder-coated handle assembly. The head is clear anodised aluminium, which is Vpro's standard. Coloured anodised heads are available from Vpro at extra cost, and Vpro is upfront that anodised colour fades and marks with professional use. Clear anodised is the most durable finish of the three.
How does it compare with a standard Vpro wand?
The Vpro titanium wands are general-purpose tools suited to residential and light commercial work, and several will run on a strong portable. The Gemini is a commercial production tool: wider coverage per stroke, wheeled, and dependent on truckmount airflow. For a lighter everyday wand, look at the Vpro Titanium Swivel Wand 14 x 2 inch.
Does it come with glides fitted?
Yes. Vpro supplies the Gemini with its slotted PTFE glides, which snap on without screws.
Can it be serviced in Australia?
Yes. CCW carries the Gemini and orders Vpro service parts directly from the manufacturer. Parts arrive on Vpro shipments rather than ex-stock, so tell us early if you need a wear item.
Tell us the truckmount you run and the work you do, and we will confirm whether the Gemini suits your machine before you order.
