Product Overview

A 1/4 inch solution tee that splits one solution line into two, so a Hydro-Force injection sprayer and a wand or rotary tool can be fed from the same machine at the same time.

The working pattern it enables is simple: one technician presprays while another extracts, off one solution line, without swapping the hose between tools.

Who It Suits

  • Two-technician crews working the same room or the same floor
  • Operators who prespray with a Hydro-Force injection sprayer and extract with a wand or rotary tool
  • Commercial work where the time lost to disconnecting and reconnecting at every changeover adds up across a shift

Who It Does Not Suit

A single operator working alone gains little from it. One person can only use one tool at a time, and the tee adds a joint and a branch to the line for no working benefit.

Important — Two Tools Share One Machine's Flow

A tee splits flow; it does not create it. Running two tools at once draws on the same pump and the same heat, so pressure and temperature at each tool depend on what your machine can deliver. If both tools are run hard at the same time on a smaller portable, expect both to work below their usual figures.

This is a workflow fitting, not a performance upgrade. Used the way it is meant to be — one tool spraying intermittently while the other extracts — the demand rarely overlaps for long.

Hydro-Force does not publish the material, thread standard or pressure rating for this tee. Rather than estimate them, we have left them out. Tell us the machine and the tools you are feeding and we will confirm it suits before you order.

Operating Advice

  • Fit a shut-off at each branch if you are not running both tools continuously. A tee with no valve on the idle branch is a joint waiting to be knocked open.
  • Check both branches for weeping after the first job. A tee doubles the number of threaded joints in that part of the line.
  • Depressurise before connecting or disconnecting at either branch.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does it come with quick connects?

Tell us what you are fitting it to and we will confirm what is supplied and what you need alongside it before you order.

Will both tools get full pressure?

Not if both are drawing hard at the same time. The machine's output is shared, not multiplied.

Can I use it to run two wands?

Mechanically yes. Whether it is worth doing depends on your machine's flow and heat, which is a conversation about the machine rather than the fitting.

Do I need one if I work alone?

No. Its value is in letting two people work off one machine without swapping the hose.

What We See in the Field

Splitters get bought for a two-person crew and then stay on the truck after the crew goes back to one. A branch that is never used is still a joint that can weep, and it is the joint nobody checks because nobody uses it.
