Where It Sits in the Process
Neutrasol is an Australian-manufactured meth decontamination system. The process runs in stages: a prep wash removes surface films and soiling, then the two-part chemistry is applied as a foam blanket which can remain intact for as long as 24 hours depending on conditions.
The chemistry works through three mechanisms — abrasion, contact time and chemical reaction — with the active being a light oxidiser, optimised hydrogen peroxide at 3 to 4 per cent in dilution, blended with surfactants.
Washdown tooling is part of the prep and rinse stages of that sequence.
