Product Overview
Replacement fan pattern jet for the Viton-sealed hand sprayer CCW supplies. Sold individually — order the quantity you need.
Why Carry a Spare Jet
A blocked or worn jet is the most common reason a hand sprayer stops performing, and it is the cheapest thing on the machine. Carrying a spare means a two-minute swap instead of a job worked with a dribbling sprayer.
Never clear a jet with wire. Opening the orifice changes the flow rate permanently and you will not know by how much — which means you no longer know your application rate. Soak and flush, or replace.
Confirm the Fit Before Ordering
We have not been able to verify the sprayer brand name used in this listing against any manufacturer or distributor source, and the jet's orifice size, spray angle and thread are not published either.
That is an honest gap rather than a reason not to stock the part. If you are ordering a replacement jet, send us a photo of your sprayer and the jet you are replacing and we will confirm the match before it ships.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will it fit my hand sprayer?
Send us a photo of the sprayer and the old jet and we will confirm before shipping.
Can I clean a blocked jet instead?
Soak and flush it. Never use wire — it opens the orifice and changes your application rate permanently.
Is this sold singly?
Yes. The price is per jet. Add the quantity you need to your cart.
What We See in the Field
Fan jets wear gradually, so the operator often adapts without noticing the application rate has changed. When the fan goes uneven or the edges get heavy, clean the orifice with a non-damaging method and replace the jet if it's worn.
Send us a photo of your sprayer and jet and we will confirm the match before you order.
